  • Optional gift purchasing, wrapping, and delivery services

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • Provide accurate and complete information when signing up

3. Subscription Services

3.1 Subscription Term

On Q operates on an annual subscription basis unless otherwise stated.

Your subscription provides access to:

  • Date tracking and reminders
  • Personalised gift suggestions
  • Access to optional add‑on services

3.2 Renewal

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your subscription via your account.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in NZD unless stated otherwise.
  • Payments are processed securely via third‑party payment providers.
  • Subscription fees are charged upfront for the selected term.
  • Optional services (such as gift purchasing or wrapping) are charged separately.

We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Changes will not affect already active subscriptions for the current period.

5. Gift Suggestions & Purchases

5.1 Gift Suggestions

Gift suggestions are curated based on the information you provide. While we aim to offer thoughtful and relevant options, final selection and suitability remain your responsibility.

5.2 One‑Click Purchasing

Where available, you may purchase a suggested gift with one click. This initiates a purchase from a third‑party supplier or retailer.

5.3 Done‑For‑You Service

If you opt for our handled service, we may:

  • Source the gift
  • Complete the purchase
  • Arrange gift wrapping
  • Coordinate delivery

This service is optional and subject to availability.

6. Third‑Party Vendors

Many gifts are sourced from third‑party suppliers or local businesses. On Q is not the manufacturer of these products.

We are not responsible for:

  • Changes in availability
  • Supplier delays outside our control
  • Product defects caused by third‑party vendors

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if issues arise.

7. Delivery & Timing

While we aim to ensure gifts arrive on time:

  • Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier services, or supplier issues

On Q is not liable for delivery delays outside of our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

8.1 Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non‑refundable once a subscription period has begun, except where required by New Zealand consumer law.

8.2 Gift Purchases

Once a gift has been purchased or processed:

  • Cancellations may not be possible
  • Refunds depend on supplier policies

Customised or wrapped items may not be eligible for return.

9. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate recipient and date information
  • Keep your account details secure
  • Review reminders and suggestions in a timely manner

On Q is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect information provided by you.

10. Use of the Website

You must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with site functionality
  • Copy or reproduce our content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend access for misuse.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the On Q website — including branding, copy, and visuals — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be used without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • On Q is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ).
